Founded in 2012, SUEDE is a unique concept store that combines urban culture, clothing and art in the heart of Rome's Monti district, a stone's throw from the Coliseum. This is the follow-up to Beaverton, founded in 2009. Beaverton was the first sneaker store in Rome that had become the main meeting point for all Italian sneakerheads in 2009. By transforming SUEDE into a versatile space, the store has expanded its possibilities and creativity. The SUEDE Store remains true to its foundations; sneakers are always the beating heart of the project and will always be. But today, the store has also become a source of exhibitions, art books, street magazines, concerts, culinary events and more. Through these events, SUEDE Store gives young artists the opportunity to present their work to their target audience. Every month, several events take place in stores where fashion, photography, urban art, illustration, graphic art and music are combined.
