The model incorporates a full-length Max Air sole like the model AM97 released a year earlier. The AM98 has seen several reissues more or less discreet but remains emblematic in the family of Air Max. In 2016, Nike launches a collaboration with Supreme who puts the Air Max 98 in the spotlight and is now part of the classics for the general public.
